We will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the “details” section of each product page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid Dopiq Autoparts sales@dopiqautoparts.com shipping label.

Warranty claims in 3 Easy Steps:

1. We make the return and warranty process as easy as possible. Send an e-mail to  sales@dopiqautoparts.com with the e-mail you ordered the product with your order number.

2.Ship it back (Dopiq Autoparts will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).

3.Get your replacement (A replacement will be processed as soon as your defective item is on its way back to us).
