All Custom Gauge Face Parts are warrantied for a term of 5 years. US Speedo warrants to the owner, dealer, repair and import service provider that all parts, labor and services related to speedometer repair, speedometer unit of measurement conversion, or importing services are in accordance with specifications of NHSTA, using OEM materials and are warrantied for a term of 1 year. All warranties are in effect on the date of that the speedometer work commenced, or the date the US Speedo product was sold. Warranty is subject to the following terms, conditions, and limitations. US Speedo will, during the term of this Warranty, at its expense, offer repairs on speedometer work, to be performed at US Speedo. US Speedo will offer full replacement for any damaged custom gauge face. Upon expiration of the term of the Warranty, without notice from owner of the defective part, US Speedo shall have no further obligation to make repairs. This warranty does not cover any product or service finished that was altered or damaged by any person(s) other than US Speedo employee or representative. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplications, improper repair, or unauthorized modification.
