(“Schrader”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Schrader will, at its option, replace or repair any product proved defective in materials or workmanship, or both, during the warranty period. This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties except that of title, whether written, oral or implied, in fact or in law (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
