The warranty period begins the day the product is purchased by the end user, and is limited to the original retail purchaser of the product. Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the first 2 years will be, at MTX’s option, repaired or replaced by MTX. When a product is replaced during first 2 years, the warranty does not renew, it continues on from the original date of purchase. This warranty is void if it is determined that unauthorized parties have attempted repairs or alterations of any nature. Warranty does not extend to cosmetics or finish. What Is Not Covered Subwoofers – Burned/open voice coils or suspensions damaged due to over-driving. Defects or damage caused by accident, improper installation, abuse, fire, flood, lightning, or acts of God. Damage caused during shipping or handling. Products that have had their serial numbers removed or altered. Product which has been altered or repaired by anyone other than MTX.
