Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The Warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occurred during normal use and does not cover normal maintenance, including but not limited to, normal wear and tear of the product incurred during its intended use. It does not cover damage which occurs during shipment of failures which are caused by products not supplied by the Warrantor or failures which may result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set up adjustments, modifications or commercial use, or other business or rental use of the product or damage which is attributable to acts of God. LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS There are no express warranties except as listed above. THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY AND SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specifi c legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Repair work that does not involve defective materials or workmanship is not covered by this Warranty. Costs of such service, including shipping charges, are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
