Polyurethane is flexible and strong and commonly used by the OE and aftermarket makers for body parts. Fiberglass is light weight and regularly used in the aftermarket for body panels. ABS plastic is impact, chemical and heat resistant, and widely used by the original equipment (OE) manufacturers for body panels.
