ATP Graywerks Limited 5-Year/ 50,000-Mile Warranty – Manifold Catalytic Converters ATP warrants that the catalysts in its converters are free from defects in material and workmanship which cause such catalysts to fail to conform to emission reduction requirements specified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for a period of 50,000 miles or the California Air Resources Board for a period of five (5) years or 50,000 miles, as applicable, from the date of installation of said catalytic converter. ATP warrants that the external shell, including manifold and end pipes shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever comes first. This warranty is conditioned upon the converter being properly installed on the vehicle for which it is designated and cataloged and the said vehicle is maintained in proper operating condition according to original specifications.
