When the incoming exhaust gas enter the AERO Turbine XL muffler it is rapidly expanded and split via our patented airfoil cone technology with an orifice similar to a jet engine. The air begins to spin because of the increased velocity and pressure transfer. The outer air stream then accelerates as is recombines with the inner air stream. The recombining of the air streams creates a vacuum that both muffles the exhaust sound and increases the exhaust flow. Thus allowing your engine to breathe easier and dramatically increasing your vehicle’s performance. AERO Exhaust extends the following lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser of their products, warranty guidelines are as follows: Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems: The Lifetime limited warranty applies to all 304-grade stainless steel exhaust systems/kits against manufacturing defects. Stainless Steel Mufflers: The Lifetime limited warranty applies to all 304-grade stainless steel performance mufflers against manufacturing defects. Accessories: The Lifetime limited warranty applies to all 304-grade stainless steel exhaust tips, resonators, crossover pipes and direct-fit tailpipes against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to any AERO Exhaust product which has been installed on any commercial or racing application. Exclusions also encompass but are not limited to product improperly installed, altered product, product subjected to misusage or damage, a misused product from an accident, collision, undercarriage road impact and/or debris. This warranty policy shall not apply to normal wear, cosmetic issues such as coatings and material discoloration. This warranty policy does not cover or include the cost of removal, labor, reinstallation of any product, outside service(s), a product(s) from another manufacturer, transportation or towing costs, shipping expenses, and/or installer services. Due to the variations per application and sound being subjective, this warranty policy does not warrant sound. This warranty is non-transferable. AERO Exhaust will repair any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship defects. If the repair is not possible, they will either replace your product with a new product of similar composition and price or refund the full purchase price of your product, at their sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection. In no event shall AERO Exhaust be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses and/or damages.
